Booking information:
Our prices refer to the entire vacation home Lina per night (plus local tax* and final cleaning**) and are valid for a minimum stay of 7 days.
Payment methods: Bank transfer: deposit at booking 50% of the total amount, balance due 14 days before arrival. The local tax will be collected in cash on-site.
Additional costs: *Local tax € 3,50 per person/night (from 15 years), **Final cleaning € 220,- (one-time). From November 2023: €250,-.
Short stay: For a stay of only 1-3 nights (depending on the season) a surcharge of 10% will be added.
Deposit: A deposit of € 300,- cash, will be collected on-site.
Arrival & departure
Please note that on the day of arrival, your house will be ready for occupancy from 15:00 at the earliest. On the day of departure, we can make your house available until 9:00 am, so that we have enough time to prepare the house for our next guests. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival and fill out the online check-in that you received by mail before arrival. You will also receive by mail all further information about the check-in because not always someone will be on-site to receive you personally.
Pets
You are welcome to bring your dog with you to our house. However, please note that a maximum of two dogs may be brought at the same time. We charge 15,00€ per dog and day (without food).
Internet
free wi-fi is available throughout the house.
Children
For our little guests, we are happy to provide a baby crib, high chair and stair gate free of charge with advance notice.
Parking
A total of 3 parking spaces are available to you free of charge directly at the house
Cancellation
Unless otherwise agreed, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply with modification of the cancellation policy §5 paragraph §5.5 and §5.6.
It is not so rare that things turn out differently than you think and the booked vacation has to be cancelled or prematurely interrupted. Whether you can not start your vacation at all or have to return earlier, the right of cancellation according to § 18 paragraph 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, instead, the following cancellation conditions apply:
booked stay from 01 December to 30 April
- Up to 60 days before arrival free of charge Cancellation
- 60 days to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- 14 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total amount
- In case of late arrival and/or early departure or no-show, the booked stay will be charged.
- To fix your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount to our account

- 14 to 1 day before arrival: 50% of the total amount

Travel insurance
We would like to save you unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. Therefore, we recommend the conclusion of travel cancellation insurance to be able to arrange your vacation carefree. Here you will also find information in case you cannot start your trip in connection with Covid-19.
