House Lina See is located in the high mountains in Tyrol, not far from the border triangle Austria-Switzerland-Italy. Its location is very convenient. At a distance of 550 meters, there is the ski lift to the family ski area See with 41 km of perfectly groomed slopes. The more than 10 kilometres long combination of Ascherhüttenabfart, Versingabfart and Talabfart is one of the hidden gems of the Paznaun valley.
See is the first village at the beginning of the Paznaun valley. Further up are the villages of Kappl and Galtur with their own family ski areas.
For those who like big tours and are looking for a real challenge, the ski area of Ischgl with 238 kilometres of slopes can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

The ski bus, which runs throughout the valley, stops at all ski areas directly at the lifts.

Also in summer, the Paznaun Valley offers many outdoor sports activities. In addition to hiking and mountain biking, rafting, kayaking and paragliding are of course among the possibilities. If you just want to relax or cool off at the end of the day, you will find the natural swimming pool Badesee just 300 meters away. Should the weather not play along, there is the new Silvretta Therme in Ischgl since December 2022, which invites you to spend relaxing hours in the spa area or the various bathing pools. The spa is open almost all year round (closed in May).

In autumn See attracts with the “Golden Autumn” and the "Golden Summits" events. As part of the "Golden Summits", numerous cultural, sporting and culinary highlights are on the program in the Paznaun villages of Galtür, Ischgl, Kappl and See over a period of six weeks in autumn.
